  • 1x Adenso.CPS ClusterProcessSystem for high-energy ion implantation
  • 1x Adenso.DTS220X Device Tester Sorter
  • 1x Adenso.Clean room with ISO5 (up to ISO3)

HZDR Innovation GmbH was founded by the Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf (HZDR) and GWT-TUD GmbH with the aim of making the best possible use of the existing and, in some cases, unique infrastructures at the HZDR. To do this, HZDR Innovation GmbH uses the equipment and technologies available at the Ion Beam Center to render the base materials more resistant, durable and efficient through ion implantation. “The Ion Beam Center is being used increasingly for industrial orders from medical technology, the semiconductor and automotive industries, and is therefore one of the most important international user centres,” said Prof. Andreas Kolitsch, CEO of HZDRi. Adenso supplies products and expertise that are used right on site for the latest technology and, later on, for worldwide production.
